We take a 20% deposit with the balance payable eight weeks before the actual holiday begins.

Deposits can be made by banker’s card over the telephone and then e-mailed receipt will be sent straight back. Alternatively payments can be made by banker’s cheque to my address below.

A security deposit of £100 made payable to Mrs M Andrews is required at the time of booking. This is taken to safeguard against additional costs for excessive cleaning or damage.

The property is cleaned between lets and is expected to be left in the condition it was found.

Departure time is 10.30 am and arrival after 3pm.

Changeover days are Saturday to Saturday unless specified.

The keys are collected from a key safe.

Bed linen, towels, heating and electricity are all included in the cost of your holiday.

Sorry we do not allow any pets.
